Farmers Market Association Board

The Farmers Market Association Board of Directors is an eight-member advisory board that provides oversight of the Dripping Springs Farmers Market.  The Board is responsible for implementing rules and procedures as established by the city council and the Board, and assists staff with the operations of the Farmers Market.  The Board is also responsible for evaluating the success of the Farmers Market and providing the City Council with recommendations on improvement. 

Boards Members are appointed by City Council by recommendation of City staff.  Members may be residents or business owners with agricultural facilities in the city limits or ETJ or within 150 miles of the city limits.  At least two (2) board members must farmers who sell their own produce.  Preference for membership is give to persons who raise, grow or make food products, or artists who make crafts from agricultural products.  For more information regarding the Farmers Market Association Board please contact Farmers Market Coordinator Laurel Robertson at or call City Hall at (512) 858-4725.  To submit an application for a seat on the Farmers Market Association Board, please click here.

The Board meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room located at City Hall - 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas.  Residents and the public are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings.  Please see the City Calendar for meeting dates and times.
